At Spashal, we strive to ensure that all products delivered meet quality standards. Due to the wide range of categories including electronics, fashion, accessories, and other goods, our return policy varies slightly depending on the product type.


✅ 1. Eligibility for Return

A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not working properly at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product has been delivered (different from order)
  • Missing items in the order

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear products (if applicable)
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

📦 3. Category-Specific Conditions

Electronics (Laptops, CCTV, Smart Devices, Appliances):

  • Return applicable only for manufacturing defects or dead-on-arrival products
  • Physical damage must be reported within 48 hours with proof
  • After the return window, service will be covered under brand warranty

Fashion & Clothing:

  • Return accepted only if product is unused, unworn, and with original tags intact

Accessories & Stationery:

  • Return accepted only in case of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery

📸 4. Proof Requirement

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Images of the product showing the issue
  • Image of the outer packaging with shipping label

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


🚚 5. Return Process

  1. Raise a return request by contacting our support team with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos and video proof
  2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days
  3. If approved:
    • A pickup will be arranged, OR
    • The customer may be asked to ship the product back as instructed

📦 6. Conditions for Return Acceptance

  • Product must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • Proper packing must be ensured to avoid damage during return transit
  • The company reserves the right to reject returns after inspection if conditions are not met

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video for all orders
  • Slight variation in color/design may occur due to screen differences
  • Bulk or multiple quantity orders may have limited return eligibility
