Active Flow Breaker

This feature creates a definite barrier to the flow of the batter during wet grinding, ensuring that the ingredients fall evenly on the grinding blades which results in a finer and fluffier batter.

Pounding Blade

The Pounding blade is blunt and has thick edges. Instead of cutting dry ingredients, it uses force to break down the ingredients which result in a coarse texture that contribute to adding aroma and flavour to the recipe.
